Patrick Riley
Bio
Patrick Riley is a stand-up comedian whose sharp insights and laid-back delivery make him one of the most unique voices on the comedy scene today. Born and raised in Los Angeles to a Mexican mother and Irish father, his comedy draws from a lifetime of navigating the cultural mash-up of his upbringing.
Blending storytelling with social observation, Patrick brings audiences into his world with tales of growing up in a household where Spanglish collided with sarcasm, and family traditions were often hilariously at odds. He finds the universal in the specific, using his own life to shed light on the ways culture, identity, and family intersect in modern America.
Now a father himself, Patrick adds a fresh layer to his material, offering poignant and funny takes on raising kids in a world even more diverse—and confusing—than the one he grew up in. Whether he’s riffing on parenting, race, generational shifts, or awkward moments at family gatherings, his style is conversational, heartfelt, and deeply relatable.
Patrick has had the pleasure of opening up for Bobby Lee, Willie Bárcena and Jesus Sepúlveda amongst other great comedians. He regularly performs at comedy clubs around the country.
With a knack for turning everyday experiences into compelling commentary, Patrick doesn’t just tell jokes—he tells stories that make you think, laugh, and maybe even see things a little differently.
